So the

Unfortunatly for you, the program is running as the user, therefor what the
user
has access to, the programs the user runs has access to, and vice versa. In
2K
and XP you have the "run as..." option, which may help you out some, but not
having played with it myself, I'm not sure if it will do what you want.
