Sorry, but Windows 95/98 and security don't belong in the same
sentence. Attempting to lockdown WIns 9x machines is an exercise in
futility. Have you also realized that they can type "file:///c:/" and
do the same thing?
I would highly recommend switching to NT, W2K, or XP. Or have a means
to quickly reimage a machine (perhaps nightly just to ensure all is
well). If all you want is to do is provide a rock solid browsers that
clients can't f*** up , then consider linux.
