Hi
I am using cable net service.My service provider is uses dialup and
then distribute the connection over a network through routers.
I am facing problem in using the following three services
1- Voice Chat on msn messenger
2- File Transfer
3- NetMeeting
All these are working within the network( as i have checked the
services with my administrator) But
All the above services are not working out side the network.Why???
My IP is 192.168.0.23??Is there any problem with this ip??
