    Hi everyone

I'm in the midst of setting up an internet cafe' and am trying to lock down
the computers as much as possible. We have been very successful but we can
still get into the computer by right clicking on the desktop and selecting
new shortcut or folder. Because this gives the user the option of browsing
    the computer.

Does anyone know how to get around this problem. We have tried one registry
edit but that failed to work. Any know solutions to the situation?

    Paul
