NT afficionados:

Our Intranet is Unix based. One application required an NT 4.0 SP6
Workstation to work. Our main application need to ftp files from and
to a few directories on the NT system. We have an NT permissions
problem.

We can ftp successfully to the NT and login and we are automatically
mounted in an application directory which has the directories we need
to access within it. If we "dir" to those directories we can see the
directories and files we need to access. The permissions shown are
drwx------ and even though we can see then when we try to get or send
it fails due to permissions.

We've played with the rwx of the upper level directories etc to no
avail and now we're here asking for help.

Can someone please prove the actual steps necessary to open this up so
we can access the folders/files. We've searched this archive and
other web archives and tried virtually every suggestion read. Still
NG.

Please somone, provide the simple steps so that we may move forward.

Much appreciated....
