Users must be administrator

Hi

I am running Windows NT4 SP6 Server in our office. We have 12 users. I am
currently trying to secure the network as we are taking on new staff. At
present all users are members of the built-in Administrator Group. When I
take users out of this group if they try to access shared resources like
printers and file shares they are getting Error 71: "No more connections
can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already
as many connections as the computer can accept. " - This is a complete lie !
As soon as I put the user back to Administrator everything works fine.

The shared resources are all shared with permissions for Everyone/All
(accept for the secure documents for the admin staff only) - I have checked
the file permissions and the share permissions and they all check out OK.
This must be a setting somewhere.

Any ideas?
Cheers
Richard
