Configuration: Windows 2000 Professional standalone, Internet access is via
dialup with dynamically assigned IP address, firewall is ZoneAlarm Pro

After a recent online session I ran the netstat command to assess my ports.
One of the entries was as follows:

=========================
Microsoft Windows 2000 [Version 5.00.2195]
(C) Copyright 1985-2000 Microsoft Corp.

C:\>netstat -AN

Active Connections

  Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
  TCP 209.245.173.116:1742 216.168.3.44:119 TIME_WAIT
=========================

A minute or so later, I ran netstat again and the line above was gone. Can
anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks in advance.
