Hello Friend,
I have a doubt in setting access permissions for a
folder.
We store all the data files on a network drive (r:\xxxx).
THE USERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO...
1. Create new folders on that folder
2. Rename the subfolders on that folder
3. Rename the files on that folder and all its sub folders
4. Copy files to that folder and all its sub folders from any other
location
5. Create files on that folder and all its subfolders
THE USERS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO...
1. Move that folders and all its subfolders
2. Move files on that folder and all its subfolders
3. Delete files from that folder and all its subfolder
4. Delete subfolders from that folder
I have to set the above policy for some of the
users. The OS on the box is Win2kAdvancedServer (SP2).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Maghesh Babu
IF THE ABOVE CRITERIA IS NOT POSSIBLE PLEASE INFORM ME....
