Hi,

What is exactly the difference between a group having Read-only access
through an ACL and the folder having the read-only attribute set.

background: I have a read-only attribute on a folder, but an application
still changes the modification date of the folder.
When I change the folder ACL to READ the modification date is not changed
anymore.

So, what is the use of the read-only attribute on a folder ???
