Terminal Services and Disappearing drives--

I have a user that needs to TS into one of our SQL servers and do some
maintenance from time to time. As soon as he opens explorer, SQL Server
Crashes. No problem there, just check the event log to see what's going on.
His Database partitions have disappeared. O.K. where the hell did they go?
I have checked group and local security policy to see if I'm restricting
visible drives in explorer. No restrictions on drive visibility. Has
anyone else seen this?
