port 1033, is it netspy or another process?

Our mail server shows port 1033 to be open. Foundstone's Vision claims that
this is netspy, but nothing shows up in virus scans (several diff vendors).
I also find nothing in the 'run' registry keys or anything in startup
folders. I don't recall ever installing netspy (or anything that didn't
come from Microsoft's site or CD's).
Netstat reveals many open ports in that range 1028 to 1074, but nothing is
connected to them (a few localhost:XXXX connections though).
Should I be worried or is this just a coincidence that port 1033 is open?
