Resizing NTFS-partition?

Hi.
Is there an easy way to resize a NTFS-partition? I have a C:drive with WinXP
HE installed and it's using the whole drive. I would like to add Win-98 and
a duel boot to my system by just shrinking the NTFS partition and than make
a new partition for Win-98? I have Partition Magic but it will not install
on a NTFS partition so I need to get hold of another utility that kan
shrink/resize it. I would rather not convert the C: to FAT or FAT32. Anyone?
