    A hacker asked me to download something called radmin.zip from his website and install it on a
    windoze computer in a local intranet. I'm not especially inclined to do it for him.

    How dangerous of a program is it? Are there malicious variants of it? What sort of hackers
    would be interested in that sort of program?
