I have finally tried to modify ACL on c:\ with the information provided on
http://www.trustedsystems.com/download/NSAGuideV2.PDF
w2k applications like office 2000 seem to be ok with standard user rights.
My plan is not to use legacy windows applications that do not respect users
policies / environement.
