You can get the MAC by
- Using arp -a to see current MAC cache
- Check "Unique ID" of current DHCP leases
- do ipconfig /all on client
If you want to make sure that the client always gets the same IP, create a
reservation on the DHCP server (you need MAC and IP, that's it)
