Hello !

I've got some problems concerning an system account on Windows NT4.0 Service
Pack 5.

I would like this account to be able to update all other accounts, but not
to be able to add or delete some of them.

Could someone send me tips, documentations or other ways of solving my
problem at the following e-mail ?
