Hello,
I have done the same thing. I think you need to go to your business
location, connect to your network there (I know you can't login) and
get the assistance of the administrator of the domain controller (for
the domain you're in). They need to re-add you to the domain (or
something like that) In my case, the administrator had to do some
things from the controller end, then come to my office...
