Greetings. I am preparing to install the SRP Rollup Hotfix on NT 4.0 and
I noticed what seems to be an error in the Security Toolkit
instructions. It says
the following:

Install Windows NT 4.0 Security Rollup and two post-SRP hotfixes. This
must
be installed after Service Pack 6a using the following steps.

1.Install Windows NT 4.0 Security Roll-up. Do not restart.

2.Install the patch for Q307866. To resolve the problem
that occurs after
installing the Windows NT 4.0 Security Rollup Package,
and running a
repair choosing to "Verify Windows NT system files," old
copies of
Windows NT 4.0 files may be copied over later versions of
the files
which can result in a Stop error upon restart. Restart.
3.Install the patch for Q307866.
Do not
restart.

4.Install the patch for Q305929 "This Certificate Has an
Invalid Digital
Signature" error message after you install the Windows NT
4.0 Security
               Rollup Package. Restart.

My question is: Is the second step a mistake? Should I just do steps
1,3,4.

Thanks so much for your help.
