    Hello:

I want to upload some secure web files (to
my ISP), and I want to have password protec-
tion for each web page and each image file,
as well as all of my directories on the network.
My ISP runs the Microsoft-IIS/4.0 web server,
and I have telenet on my PC (my PC's OS is
    Windows 98)

How can I go about acheiving this kind of
security? Do I need to create a .htaccess
file? How? Do I do basic web authenti-
cation through my ISP? (I'm new to all
    of these processes and terms).

Any help at all would be appreciated
(since I'm a newbie with web servers
    in general !!)

    Highest Regards,

    Brian B
