If someone else could have administrator-level access to your computer,
assume that they can watch and log everything you type and can see your
display. Since it's their computer, I think they're entitled to do this -
I suppose it depends on your local laws.

You could find various bits of trojan software from the web and look for
evidence of them on your computer, but in general there's no way to find
out. If done 'properly' it would be impossible to detect while running the
operating system. The only way I can think of would be to boot off a
floppy with enough software on it to read the NTFS partition, and search
through it for anything that isn't an original version of a Windows NT 4
file. But wouldn't it be better to use the computer just for what you're
supposed to be using it for and make sure you get a reference when you do
leave?
