You have most likely been buggered up by a activex script.
I would recommend getting (it's free) addaware from lavasoftusa.com. It
will search and destroy most all spyware and addware from your system. Use
the backup option and remove all spyware components.
If it is too deeply embedded, or removing it screws up IE, you may have to
reload IE.
You need to delete the IE registry entries and reload IE ***before
rebooting*** your system.
Take a backup of your registry first.
