I'm 99% sure that I am a PowerUser (but will check and make that 100% this
evening ...). I tried setting permissions in Program Files ...
Note that the program installed OK, since I installed it under an
administrator account, and can run it as an administrator. What I also
want to do is to allow all Power Users to also use the writer.
