You can't do it from just any machine easily (it can be done.) However, pick
your administrative machine, and run the installs from each server component
(SQL, Exchange, IIS) and look carefully at the options- each has an
administrative or desktop component. Exchange puts the Exchange
administrator on the machine, SQL installs the desktop tools but allows you
to connect to a SQL server and administer it also. They are all slightly
different, but they do all offer this functionality.
