Hi

SFTP is used because it provides integration with DreamWeaver and other
clients.
We also tried WebDAV but we had problems with buggy WebDAV clients.
A web form wouldn't integrate with most clients.

Yep, we are using ACLs. But, the problem is that if a user creates a
file, only them and the root can change its ACL.
