IP Tables related error

When i use the Rule:
-A FORWARD -p tcp -m multiport --dport http,https -o eth0 -i eth1 -m
time --timestart 12:30 --timestop 13:30
i get the error: Couldn't load match
`time':/usr/lib/iptables/libipt_time.so: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory
Please help
