Very grateful for your insightful help and suggestions. I am in NE USA,
and so the defaults should really work OK for me. Have retried the
original URL that has always worked, and those example alternatives that
you offered, with the same unsuccessful results, regrettably. Believe I
need to wait another hour to talk to the (newly awakened) ISP.
I might hopefully have a few sweet hours. But thank you very much.
