I feel less secure with Linux than I did with Windows, but I use
Linux anyway because I like Linux and I hate Windows.

Sure, I have to think a bit more about iptables than I did about
ZoneAlarm, and maybe I leave holes that ZoneAlarm would automatically
plug, but I still don't care. All my really important data are in pure
text anyway. And backed up.

So whatever... I don't really have a problem. The way things go, I clean
my drive every now and then with the latest-2 distro.

I still have my data.

So what are you trying to prove? That there's no guarantee?

Well - duh!

At least I don't have to put up with a 'My Downloads' uh 'Folder' that
won't go away no matter how many times My deletes it.

Truth is 'My' always resolves to 'Bill'. Pun intended.

I choose freedom.

My choice gives others freedom I'd prefer they didn't have, but that's the
price of it, isn't it?

So -uhm - so what?
