Ohh. sounds like a great way for the Russians to disable to US submarine
fleet-- lay underseas cables and incapacitate one submarine for each, as
it has to sit within a few feet of the repeaters.
Sheesh.
]I would not be surprised if they have the means to break modern crypto
]ciphers with key sizes that everyone else thinks is "good enough".
Except your level of surprise carries no weight with anyone else.
