| I can certainly happily ignore m$loth.
Well, I've beeing ignoring them for quite some time, but:
suppose one puts up a startup software house that has a considerable success
selling software/services built around something that has to do with what
vaguely resembles a "virtual desktop manager". Then, some day, he gets a
letter from some m$ attorney claiming that ... blah blah blah and he's taken
to the court.
This alone could jeopardize the poor guy's bussiness, to the point he either
goes bankrupt (even would he win the trial several years later and be
compensated, his software and services would be obsolete by then) or accepts
to sell his stuff to the Redmond Behemoth.
Would the guy not be already concerned about this (and several more equally
stupid) patent?
