RH Linux Firewalls by Bill McCarty - download scripts?

Hello group,

I bought "Red Hat Linux Firewalls" by Bill McCarty; it is an excellent
source of info, with sample firewall scripts for various needs.
Unfortunately, the book comes with no CD, and there is no pointer to any
website that host downloadable script samples from the book.

Since I do not feel like typing 9 pages of IPTABLES rules, I wonder if some
brave soul had already done so, or if the scripts do exist somewhere on the
Net.
