A government is a fiction, i.e. a statist euphemism. There are no more
governments. What there are is corporations. Corporations are fictions.
Fictions do not have rights. People have rights. People WHO CHOOSE to
contract with corporations to manage portions of their lives may in the
process sacrifice [some of] their rights in obtaining that service.
(think: mechanic's lien, waiver of rights to a Doctor, "citizenship")
Therefore, a "government" corporation has no rights, ONLY the power you
give it over you.

Power comes in two forms:
the power of Dominion, to create and choose (harmless to others)
the (lack of) power called Domination: abuse of the dominated's
power in place of the direct power of Dominion
EVERYone has the RIGHT to be Sovereign, though few choose it; most
prefer the comfortable illusion of the Matrix provided by Big Brother
who is a parasite that feeds on them, and therefore has a vested
interest in keeping them alive to serve him/it.

Of course you're triggering a flame war,
because you've posted an off topic set of statements.
If you contract with Big Brother, then you are bound by the terms of the
contract. The usual faustian contract with the evil ones who would be
King, is that they get absolute power over you, a natural consequence of
giving them ownership of your body, i.e. the result of entering the
legal condition of being wholly owned chattel property. If you are
willing to forgo all the "benefits" provided by BigBro, then you can
have the freedom that comes from absolute self responsibility, and that
starts by reclaiming title of your body, and your natural condition of
sovereignty, competency, responsibility. That is done by redeeming the
title of your body, the birth certificate. Once you own yourself, the
government has no power over you, and you operate in commerce where you
only owe what you contract for, and damages to anyone you harm.
Now, it is well known that only establishing absolute control over
physical facilities can guarantee security of data, and the government
owns your body, car, house, computer, until, unless, you redeem title to
them, by filing a UCC-1 security agreement along with the UCC-1 filing
of your birth certificate redemption. So, until you choose to come out
of Big Brother FULLY, yes it can and will do anything it damn well
pleases to its' fully owned chattel property slaves. If you truly want
privacy, you'll have to stop being a copper top. Unplug from The Matrix.
Redeem your Title. Become a Sovereign.
SO... do you want the red pill or the blue pill?
