anti-spam

I'm running RH7.3 2.4.18-3 in an intel box. Using Sendmail with pop3 and UW
IMAP. Also using SquirrelMail on Apache. About 300 users.

I need to pick a nice anti-spam "product". I've briefly looked at
Spam-Assasin, and theres and plugin for it for SquirrelMail, but I'm
confused about what will work best. Does anyone have and good/bad
experiences with any anti-spam apps?
