Blocking outgoing calls?

    Hello NG,

    I'm online via DSL and would like to use the ISDN part of it for SMS
    notifications and as a Fax-gateway.

    Does anybody know about system level techniques to block dialouts by number,
    e.g. to protect the system against dialers and fax abuse?
