iptables -L output, can somone explain?

A part of my iptables -L output:
Chain INPUT (policy DROP)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere
ppp0_in all -- anywhere anywhere
eth1_in all -- anywhere anywhere
eth0_in all -- anywhere anywhere
common all -- anywhere anywhere
LOG all -- anywhere anywhere LOG level info
prefix `Shorewall:INPUT:REJECT:'
reject all -- anywhere anywhere

What does it all mean, is ingoing packets on ppp0 dropped?
Can someone plz explain what it all means?
(Btw this is on my ML9.0 box that refuses to connect to the internet)
