Note that using stunnel will break some pop-before-smtp setups, as all
connections to the POP3 daemon originate from localhost, so the user's
remote IP address is no longer available. If you want encrypted connections
*and* pop-before-smtp, use a POP3 server that supports SSL (like UW-IMAP).
