Mozilla doesn't directly support pgp, so you'll have to install a pluggin,
such as enigmail. Other clients such as Kmail or Evolution support pgp.

BTW, the ISO standard for encrytion and signing e-mail is X.509, which
Mozilla, Netscape, Outlook and many other mail apps support. You can get a
free X.509 digital certificate from www.thawte.com.
