On a RH 7.2 system:
grep nobo /etc/passwd
nobody:x:99:99:Nobody:/:
nfsnobody:x:65534:65534:Anonymous NFS User:/var/lib/nfs:/sbin/nologin
I guess the point is that you have to be very carefull on *nix systems and
not make assumptions about what UID a particular user has.
