I don't pretend to be an expert in these matters, but you might want
to check the credentials of the authors before you trash their work.
Dorothy Denning is a leading expert in information security, having
testified before Congress and regularly addressing audiences of the
worlds top security experts, and with probably hundreds of
publications on these subjects. Peter MacDoran is one of the world's
top experts on GPS. I suspect that their publication has some merit.
