When you are updating the database, it can't find a report filename with
the timestamp as the current time to the exact minute and second as the
report file wasn't generated this very second. Its not a bug.
If you want it to successfully figure out the file name, you should remove
the DATE part from the report filename in the config file. That way it will
always generate the report with the same filename and hence will always find
it when updating the database.
