I don't know whether the nastiness of MSIM has made it into netmeeting yet,
but I couldn't get this to work through a firewall. these apps do all sorts
of daft stuff under the covers, effectively making them only usable within a
private network. I particularly like UPnP, where the app tries to
reconfigure your firewall to open the holes that it needs: business impact,
it only works with a MS firewall (which it creates new security holes in).
