Usual drill (You've asked enough bloody questions here by now to
know this) Which OS? Which version? What hardware? What is at each
end of the network connection? What is in between? What else is
going on?
Also did you even try google? This first entry I found was this,

and I guess that it may be relevant.
Do you ever do any research yourself before you ask your questions?
