Afaict, I have installed all the packages that are required
to make my Apache server SSL-aware,
yet when I try to connect to it by giving a browser
the URL `https://localhost',
the browser (netscape, lynx, etc)
says it can't make the connection.

I do not have this problem under RedHat 7.1

Anyone else happen to have run into this problem?
