I'm trying to setup BBIagent on a Pentium 133 with 64Mb with two Surecom
EP-320X-R NICs.
There are no error messages when the computer boots and the capslock and
numlock LEDs are flashing which apparently indicate that the computer is
connecting okay.
The computer can be pinged from three different machines with no erros
Using Smoothwall, ifconfig shows the two NICs connecting as expected.
But I cannot access the applet for the setup, this is using three
different computers, two running Win 98 and one running SuSE 7.2.
The Win98 machines browser is Opera ver. 5 and 6 and the Linux machine
is using KDE Konqueror.
In all instances, the applet appears to start loading but at a speed of
180 B/s and slows to 0 B/s.
This is the second install of BBIagent and it appears to be the same
problem.
Java version is
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition Version 1.3.1
and is recognised as a plugin and works on other assorted sites.
I've checked the BBIagent site but couldn't find any information on the
problem. A google search doesn't bring up any info either.
I have asked for help from BBIagent support but I'm hoping that I might
get a faster reply from the newsgroup.
