Yes, but such a thing will never be build. It has even been proven that
obfuscation, depending on definition, is either impossible or infeasable
to create.

However such thing has been built. It is Code Morphing - one of code
obfuscation techniques. I read in an article StrongBit develop and
improve ExeCryptor basing on their own scientific research. May be they
prepare some "encryption revolution" trying it in a public app as
ExeCryptor.
