If you have SP1, and not SP1a, 48bitlba is NOT turned on by default,
You will fuxor the drive in this case if you continue writing to it.
Km, idiot, you did know sp1 came out in 2 versions right, *** for

And the poster said the OS would boot, but it will not let him login.
So, either something is fucked in the cloning process; Entirely
possible his machine's BIOS isn't seeing the full capacity of the new
drive, and messing up the partitions slightly. It doesn't take much to
disable windows. Or, it's a side effect of ghosting an OS to a largeer
drive that doesn't know its bigger, attempts to mount the hive, and
accidently fucks itself. Your advice if either of these conditions is
true could cause him great harm.

The original SP1 didn't have 48bit lba enabled.
