I believe i mentioned that one can install more than 1Gbyte of RAM
(eg: 2Gbytes), but the settings (as mentioned by others) would have to
be changed, *and* you are stuck with 16 color 640 by 480 screen resolution.
This is why i swap RAM in and out when i want to run or work on my
mult-million digit math routines in Win2K.
Right now, in Win98Se, with 1Gbyte of RAM, the memory reported by the
System Information utility is 997Mbytes.
I take it that XP is rather piggie.
