Doubt it, I have a copy of the ieee version which is freely available from
links on the uni website.

As I work full time, and my uni and libray is a 100mile round trip for me
it's a bit dificult. I'm sure they'll have a copy it's just a complete
pain. After all this is only one 12pt module on my course and I've probably
done enough to get at least a 2:1 for the unit. Would have been nice to add
some reference from a BS code though.
