In this example NOD32 is installed in c

C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe

If you check this module in the registry under
HKLM/SW/MS/WINDOWS/CV/RUN

It should be "c:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe" /WAITSERVICE

Is the '/WAITSERVICE' there?
