iptables-esque windows app?

I currently have a dual boot PC between gentoo and windows, and I was
wondering if there is any application for windows with the same basic idea
(and hopefully the same or similar syntax) as iptables? I'm used to
working with iptables, and I'm not exactly feeling up to the task of
dealing with a resource-intensive commercial firewall app with more holes
than a sponge.
