Hi if you want this just for your surfing habits any good sniffer on port 80
obviously, but a program I think that will suite your needs well is
HttpDetect from http://www.effetech.com/

It will show every request from the url you click as well as data (raw/text)

Give the trial version a go and see if it suites your needs.
